ScholarTools (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website scholartools.co. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our free student tools. We are committed to protecting your privacy — our tools are designed to run entirely in your browser, which means we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data through the tools themselves.

Information we do not collect

Our calculator and tool pages collect no personal information. Every tool on ScholarTools runs 100% in your browser. When you use our GPA calculator, word counter, citation generator, or any other tool, your inputs and results are processed locally on your device and are never sent to our servers. We have no database of user data and no user accounts.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects aggregated, anonymised traffic data including pages visited, time spent on pages, device type, browser, and approximate geographic location (country/city level). This data is used to improve our tools and understand which pages are most useful to students.

Advertising — Ezoic

ScholarTools displays advertisements provided by Ezoic, an ad management platform.
